- When necessary, coordinate with relevant family members/caregivers and other interested parties, such as attorneys, conservators, trustees, case managers, etc.
- Prepare them to move by sorting, packing and moving their possessions
- Prepare their home for sale by cleaning, repairing and ‘freshening’ the property
- Market and show the home
- Present and evaluate offers with them and other interested parties
- Assist them through the escrow process and closing of the sale
